When can I make a claim?

Claims can be made for eligible purchased between 1 April 2020 and 30 June 2020. All Claims must be received by 11:59PM AEDT on 30 July 2020.

How do I claim my rebate?

Visit https://hillromrebate.com.au, complete and submit the online entry form, with the details of your purchase as required and providing all other requested information. Follow prompts and upload a valid Tax Invoice.

What Proof of Purchase do I need to provide?

FOR ALL CLAIMS, retain copies of Tax Invoices for the Qualifying Purchase (which clearly shows the distributor’s name, location, date and product(s) purchased) as proof of purchase.

What are likely reasons for declining a claim?

  • Tax invoice is illegible of incomplete
  • Re-used receipt
  • Outside the purchase period
  • No participating product on invoice

What other information do I need to provide online?

  • Bank account details:
    • Bank account name
    • BSB number

How and when will I receive my rebate?

Rebates can only be made to the actual purchaser with payment made out to your nominated bank account.

If the claim is deemed valid (allow three (3) business days for Validation), you will receive your rebate in the form of EFT payment within eight (8) business days of approved email confirmation.
